Hello everyone...

This is first time i post at my blog, so i will introduce myself. My name is Nur Ezzah Haslia Binti Taib. You all can call me Eza or Lieya. My home at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. I was born at 13th August 1993 which mean i'm 21 years old now. I have got 4 siblings that is 2 brother, 1 sister and I is a younger sister. Now, i'm study at Alpha College of Technology and hopefully I will be able to finish off with some great grades. Owkey, I think that all about myself.

Nude pumps seem to elongate your figure if you are wearing khakis or a short dress while black pumps go better with black tights or jeans. Pick shoes appropriate to the place you are planning to go. Strap heels and sandals are casual and can be classy depending on the colour and material while peep toe shoes can be matched with most outfits including maxi dress. It is okay to wear heels as long as you are confident that they can help you endure a date of few hours. If your shoes are going to give you unavoidable blisters, use get pads and plaster to minimize the friction.

Play up your outfit with little details like a pair of dainty drop earring and stacked bangles. Wear bangles and bracelets that are matching to your watch. Make sure your accessories having matching  shades so that you will not look like you are over accessories. Large jewels are easy to go with plain outfits while you should pick smaller ones if your outfit has colourful motifs. The major chemical which contain in chocolate can help us relive stress is call Serotonin which is similar to caffeine, serotonin which can releases a chemical that make us feel more energetic and excited. Moreover, chocolate also contain theobromine, the chemical that releases the "happy element", which means it act as anti-depressant to our brain, we will feel comfortable and peace after we eat a piece of chocolate.

Than, eating chocolate can prevent stroke, it can reduce the opportunity to suffer from stroke. The one of chemicals in dark chocolate can reduce the damage of brain when patients suffer from stroke within 3.5 hours. Eating chocolate a week, the risk of stroke can be reduced by 22%. People who eat a modarate amount of chocolate are less opportunity to have a stroke.

mushrooms are of various types and almost all of them have cancer fighting properties. Studies have shown that mushrooms such that reishi, maitake and shiitake fight cancer to the most.
